Outpatient Therapy
Easy Access, Separate Entrance meet with your therapist and get on with your day
Our outpatient services are convenient and personalized to meet your precise needs. The therapists will develop an individualized treatment program for you based on your doctor’s request. Each therapist is professionally trained and certified in their disciplines as well as the advanced technology of Accelerated Care Plus. We utilize highly effective therapy equipment, often used by professional sports teams, including a patented form of electrical stimulation that helps increase the muscle strength and reduce pain and swelling.
- Therapy treatments are available daily, as needed, in our designated therapy gym.
- We offer flexible hours to work around your job, school and other appointments.
Pathway Home Wing
Short Term Rehabilitation Center
Enjoy our separate private rehabilitation suites when you stay at Granite Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Our new Pathway Home Wing offers our short term residents all the amenities they are used to at home.
